Any refundreturn or credit card dispute may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $500,000.00 USD.

Service Performance
Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC (Prices Dumpster Rental) will provide waste hauling and disposal service using our roll-off containers and/or trailer. Service will be provided on a next day basis providing service orders are received by noon of the day proceeding the service request. Same day service may be provided when our scheduling allows on an as-available basis.
Waste Material
Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to deposit any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is or contains radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, bio-hazardous, infectious, toxic or hazardous waste or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to tires, rock, stone, cement, asphalt, gravel, paint, shingles, herbicides, pesticides, electronics of any kind and large tree stumps. Appliances including refrigeration and air conditioning items are not allowed unless customer has certification that they no longer contain refrigerant and customer has provided valid certification to Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC prior to service. The purpose of Prices Dumpster Rental service is solely to remove and dispose of customer’s non-hazardous and non-toxic solid waste.
Inspection; Rejection of Prohibited Waste
Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall always remain with customer. Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC shall have the right to inspect, analyze or test any waste delivered by customer. If customer’s waste is reasonably believed to be prohibited waste, Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC can, at its option, reject the prohibited waste and return it to customer or require customer to remove and dispose of the prohibited waste at customer’s expense. Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and pay or reimburse Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC for all costs, damages and/or fines incurred as a result of or relating to customer’s deposit of prohibited waste in Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC containers or other failure to comply or conform to these terms and conditions, including costs of inspection, testing and analysis.
Volume and Weight
State law governs gross vehicle weight. Customer agrees to pay for overweight charges. Disposal charges are also directly related to weight. Customer’s use of Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC service includes the cost of hauling and disposal of up to 4 tons of debris in a container. Additional charges up to $100.00 per ton will apply to debris in excess of 4 tons. In no event will customer load debris weighing 6 tons or more into a container. Containers may not be filled above the top edge. Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC reserves the right to refuse hauling of containers filled over the top or containers that exceed the legal weight limit. Prices Dumpster Rental reserves the right to terminate service if customer does not abide by these regulations.
Trip Charge and Relocation Charges
Customer agrees to pay for truck time if a container is overloaded, overweight, or if the container itself or a location designated by the customer for service by our container is blocked so that we cannot complete the service. The designation of fees associated with any of these failed service attempts is a trip charge and this charge may be assessed at rates up to $500 per event. Relocation of a container from one job site or location to another may also be assessed at rates up to $100 per event, or higher, depending on distance and time involved.
Equipment Rental Period
Customer agrees that the rental period for all equipment and services provided by Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC is 10 calendar days. The 10 day rental period starts the day the equipment is delivered. The customer agrees to pay Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC. $50.00 USD per calendar day per piece of equipment over the 10 day rental period. Customer agrees to notify Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC. in writing of the need for an equipment rental extension prior to the tenth day of the original rental period. If customer neglects to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC, customer agrees payment will be due and equipment will be returned to Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC at the end of the 10 day rental period.
Equipment
All containers and equipment used to provide the service to the customer is and shall remain the property of Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to containers beyond normal wear and tear. Customer agrees to provide Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC with access to its containers at all reasonable times in order to provide service, over surfaces that can sustain the weight and operation of Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC trucks and containers. Customer acknowledges that Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces or property of any type resulting from Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC containers or trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas. Customer agrees to pay any violations as a result of the containers location. Customer agrees to file and obtain city, state and county permits when necessary and will not hold Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC liable for any violations from local, state or federal organizations.
Payment
Customer agrees to pay Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC invoices upon receipt or delivery of dumpster. Customer agrees that any account that is past due 30 days or more is deemed delinquent and Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC shall have the right to terminate service under this agreement. Customer also agrees that a late fee of 1.5% per month shall apply to customer’s account if it becomes delinquent. Should Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC be forced to initiate collection action against a customer’s account, customer agrees to pay Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC reasonable costs of collection, attorney fees and court costs.By visiting our website(s) you authorize Prices Dumpster Rental, LLC, our employees or member(s) to charge your credit card, cash your check or accept your United States currency.
